- Annual: Save 20% with yearly billing (2 months free)

Refunds & Disputes
Refund Policy
Subscriptions
Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No refunds for renewals.
One-time Purchases
Request a refund within 7 days if the agent doesn't work as described.
Enterprise Plans
Custom refund terms as per your service agreement.
To request a refund: Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for the refund request.

Payment failed or was declined
Common reasons for payment failures:
- Insufficient funds
- Card expired or details incorrect
- Bank security blocks
- International transaction restrictions
Solution: Update your payment method or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
Can't access premium features after upgrading
Try these steps:
- Log out and log back in
- Clear your browser cache
- Check if payment was processed successfully
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the system to update
If issues persist, contact support with your transaction ID.
Duplicate charges on my account
If you see duplicate charges:
- Check if one is a pending authorization (will drop off)
- Verify you don't have multiple accounts
- Contact support immediately with charge details
We'll investigate and refund any duplicate charges within 3-5 business days.
