Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No refunds for renewals.

One-time Purchases

Request a refund within 7 days if the agent doesn't work as described.

Enterprise Plans

Custom refund terms as per your service agreement.

Common Issues & Solutions

Payment failed or was declined

Common reasons for payment failures:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired or details incorrect
  • Bank security blocks
  • International transaction restrictions

Solution: Update your payment method or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

Can't access premium features after upgrading

Try these steps:

  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Check if payment was processed successfully
  4. Wait 5-10 minutes for the system to update

If issues persist, contact support with your transaction ID.

Duplicate charges on my account

If you see duplicate charges:

  1. Check if one is a pending authorization (will drop off)
  2. Verify you don't have multiple accounts
  3. Contact support immediately with charge details

We'll investigate and refund any duplicate charges within 3-5 business days.
